A (semi) retired Orthopaedic Surgeon, John graduated from Yale with honors; received his MD from Cincinnati College of Medicine - Alpha Omega Alpha (Medical Phi Beta Kappa). He was the 1st Choice in his class of the University of Cincinnati Ortho Surgery Residency and he was the 1st Mary Stern Hand Surgery Fellow. 'Dr John' gave up his full time surgery practice in 2007 for Real Estate, though he still occasionally practices part time. 'Dr John' loves to evaluate and structure Real Estate projects; Residential and Commercial. He studies with several of the masterminds in Real Estate. He has earned a Masters in Real Estate Investing and has successfully engineered many very difficult transactions. Favorite activity - hanging out with his loving wife Sheryl.
You'll likely find Karen Eldred rescuing an animal in distress; tending to her orchid garden or golfing. She is a major player in trap, neuter release programs and one of her passions is passion to help end the homeless animal problem in this country. Through her business management career at University of California San Francisco Karen worked with doctors, researchers, foreign dignitaries and Nobel Prize laureates. After early retirement in 2003, she moved to Naples, Florida to help care for her aging parents. She lives with her partner, and their pets: Bogart and Bob, the dogs, and Beach and Boot, he cats.
Susan Phelps is often found reaching out to her community of Sarasota, Florida. For years, she has provided nutrition counseling and education for seniors, the mentally challenged and autistic children. She helped her husband Butch establish and grow, the Muscle Repair Shop a local muscle massage and heath enterprise. They often on radio and local television airwaves, discussing muscle and body and health. She may be at Toastmasters giving a speech; in her bountiful vegetable garden; or in her butterfly garden lovingly cultivated to attract as many butterflies as humanly possible.
